Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to customers within the United States and select international locations. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) – Free on orders over $75; $6.95 flat rate on orders below.
- Express Shipping (2–3 business days) – $15 flat rate.
International Shipping:
- Delivery times vary by destination. Shipping fees and duties are calculated at checkout.
- Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Clark Hamlet purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition.
- All tags must be attached, and items must be returned in original packaging.
- Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Email our customer support team at assistanceline@clarkhamlet.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- Our team will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (for domestic orders).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
Exchanges: We offer free exchanges for sizing or color issues on eligible items. If your desired replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
